Refund Policy

808 Esthetics does not accept any returns or exchanges for sanitary reasons. Refunds are only given if company is at fault for an issue.

Shipping Policy

Shipping takes 2-3 business days. Business days do not include Saturday and Sunday. If you have any questions regarding shipments AFTER your order has been shipped, please contact the shipping carrier and have your tracking info ready. 808 Esthetics is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. We are unable to update your address after the order has been placed, so be sure to enter your complete and correct address, including apartment, suite and unit numbers.
