When will I receive my tracking number?

• You will receive your tracking number within 1-2 days of ordering.

Can I cancel my order after it is placed?

• All sales are final. We do not allow order cancellations or offer refunds/exchanges.

Is it okay to use the Kitty Clarity Pads daily?

• The Kitty Clarity Pads should not be used more than 2-3 times a week. Using it daily can cause irritation and ingrowns because it would be over exfoliation.

Can I use the products anywhere?

• All of our products are safe to use on any part of the body. Please do not insert any of the products into the vagina as they are made for external use only.

Do you offer wholesale?

• 808 Esthetics does not offer wholesale at this time.

Do you offer products for men?

• Our products are made to target women, but men can benefit from them as well.

Are your products pregnancy safe?

• Every product is pregnancy safe, except for the Kitty Clarity Pads.
